Can anyone advise, My cousine has 2 cousines(10yrs and 15yrs) whose mother died of aids in 2002 and dad is bearly up or out of bed.  He wants to apply for Skilled immigrant application.

My querry is that
-Can he sponsor the 2 cousines at the same time.
-Can he also include his monther and his 2 brothers who are 22 and 21 and in college being supported by him and the parents. 

please help. 

Can and application be submitted at the same together with sponsorship forms?
