I arrived here in Canada in May 2007.I am a contract worker.On May 2009 I gave birth to my son here in Canada. Is it possible for me to apply for citizenship although I've already submitted my application for permanent residence  under Provincial Nominee Program?

You are not eligible to apply to be a Canadian citizen.

To apply to be a Canadian citizen you must
* be a PR and
* have lived 3 out of the past 4 years in Canada.

Neither applies to you.

Your son is already a citizen by virtue of the fact that he was born here.
