Hi everyone,
I have a few queries:
1) The work permit that u get for canada is valid for how many months?
2) Is there something like its for 6 months and for renewal you have to travel back to your motherland?
3) How easy it is to switch job in canada?Does the whole process of securing the work permit repeated again?
4) what if you are shifting to a different kind of a job than the one for which you initially secured a work permit?
PLease answer my queries

Nobody here is getting paid to answer your questions so you either have to google the answers yourself or show patience that somebody will see your post and try to answer you.
1) A work permit is often given for 1 or 2 years.
2) I don't know of one like that but if you get a low skill permit, you would have to go back after 2 years and stay away for 4 months, that is even if you change employers during that time. The employer can not one sidedly send you home once you are there. If he has no use for you anymore, you are still allowed to stay in Canada until the end of your work permit and look for another job.
3) The whole process has to be repeated again to get another job and it can take a few months.
4) Doesn't matter, the employer still has to apply for the LMO and if it's granted, you can apply for your work permit. An LMO is supposed to prove that the employer looked for people and is paying market wage. Your work permit may be approved depending on that you have the skills for the job and that they believe you will return to your homeland when your permit expires.
