Hi all friends!

I have applied as FSW on October 17, 2008 as COMPUTER PROGRMMER from Pakistan and I received file number B xxxxxxxxx on Nov. 17, 2008. But my NOC is not available in new NOC-38. My questions are:

1. Will CIC return my application?
2. If I receive any job offer from Canada, Will CIC process my application as a FSW even my OCCUPATION not available in NOC-38.
3. what is the procedure ARRANGED JOB OFFER.
4. Is still I keep hope to get the Canadian immigration.

Please help and reply.
Thanks.

1. yes
2. yes, you can qualify if you have a job offer and it's a skilled job even though it's not one of the 38
3. employer applies to service canada for AEO, sends it to you and you send it in with your application
4. there's always hope
