Please Help - Status in process since feb 2011

Hi All,

Recently I sent email to Buffalo Office to know the status , as in CIC website it shows file transferres to Buff in FEb 2011.
After that  I dodn't have any communication. I got email from Buffalo office not to check status in CIC, as it is not for people outside CAnada and it takes 30 weeks to get back from their end. But its more than 30 weeks and they didn't even reply to my email I sent 2 weeks back to know the status.
I had changed my address last year via email and they updated the new address and sent confirmation.
As I have not recevied any communication, I am worried what should be my next step?
Can it be Address problem or just the waiting time has increased?
Should I ask them again about my Status?
Please Advise.

Sit back relax, the processing time at Buffalo for FSW1 application is 21 months.  They probably won't reply to your emails.
