dear seniors please help this newbie..

i am confused with the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION -YOUR TRAVELS FORM..

do i need to fill it.. i haven't gone anywhere yet...

please let me know asap..

also, i am not using any representatives..do i need to fill this form as well

I would suggest to put "N/A" (Not applicable) in the first line of the table where it ask travel details and send the form. As guide says that don't leave anything empty.

how many days did you have a PPR after the Visa Office receive your medical result?

Dear Friend,

Dont leave anything balnk even if not related to you. Simply put N/A.
There are cases in which they returned application due to blank field.

I got my PPR/MR/RPRF/PCC together and I havent got my PPR back yet...
