Please Help - Regarding Job Title under 0213.

I have a problem regarding Title under 0213.

Hi, I am new on this Forum.
I am planning to put up the file for PR in Canada.
I am completed my M.Sc. CA & IT(Computer Applications & Information Technology) in 2005.
I havn't any Experience.But I am managed Internet Cafe from Last 3 Years.
I can do all the works regarding Computer Softwares Installtion & Updation, Basic Hardware Installation.

Under 0213, which Title is suitable for me ?

- For 0213 you required Several years of experience in systems analysis, data administration, software engineering, network design or computer programming, including supervisory experience, are required.

- You can read the main duties and see if you have performed these duties (atleast a few of the total).

- You should have atleast performed the above duties on a manager's job which means your job responsibilities should clearly show that you mave managed people.

- You should be able to provide the experience letter for the same.

although may sound disheartening but i dont think you will qualify for 0213 but you can give it a try.

NOC 0631 as "Internet café manager" is more suitable for you (yes it's in the 38 occupations list).

0213 is all about real time project managers, systems managers etc. Nothing related to internate cafe management. It takes several years to become a manager once you start your career.

Where? Please check http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list
Do not go for all titles under that NOC. CHC will approve only the title mentioned in www.cic.gc.ca under that NOC. Now you have to check HRSDC website for duties under that NOC and title and not the whole list in HRSDC website. I have already mentioned the links.
