Please Help!! Proof of Funds...Bank statements

HI forum members..i need ur assisstance..for the following..

my father needs to give me money for the bank statement..after selling some agricultural stuff he does..
how can i make bank statement..if put money in the bank stment.at the time of application then will it matter and should the money be remained in the bank until the decision from CIO..

I do agree with the earlier posts.

However, the instruction booklet to fill Fedral Skilled Worker Application - page 31, point 10 states this

Funds
Indicate the amount (in Canadian dollars) of unencumbered, transferable and available funds that you have. This amount can include the value of any property that you own, but should not include jewellery, cars or other personal assets.

As per this instruction, it looks like they should accept property value as your assets.
