i applied for the second time but i got rejection and the reasons were :
financial supports
family ties in canada and in my country of residence
and some other reasons

what i am asking you about is : an explanatory letter
can some one please tell me how do i have to write it

an explanatory letter : as i know it is a letter write by an applicant who got rejection to the embassy to get some information and maybe to change the decision that toked by the embassy
waiting for your answers ? please brothers

1. If you remember, some two months back I said it very clear cut to you, "stay away from any ESL course". Now here is the result in front of you.

2. You are most likely talking about CAIPS. You can apply for it, just to see notes/remarks made by the visa officer. It doesn't mean visa approval or appeal or revision of any decision made on your file.

I agree with enfield. I think the ESL course is a big part of the problem and reason why your application has now been rejected twice.

If you want to apply again, I would apply with a different course. If you apply with ESL again - I think you will be rejected again.

I have no idea - only you can decide this. However whatever course you pick should be in-line with the other education you have completed and you career aspirations.
