hi, i am on working permit, i divorced my second wife recently and wanted to remarry my first wife and bring her here in canada to be with her kids, do you think this is possible? please give me some advise...

The same rules would apply as if you wish to sponsor any spouse. As a TFW you can only bring your spouse over if you are in skill class 0, A or B. You would need to make sure that the divorce and marriage are legally completed. If the divorce is at all contested you may encounter difficulties. Check with the CIC website about how to bring a spouse over as a TFW. www.cic.gc.ca
