Well you need to prove your relationship is genuine and NOT for you to gain status in CANADA based on the looks of what I read and 3 different denials they feel your are with your partner for status as you have made 3 different unsuccessful attempts to leave your country so you now have to prove to them that you are in a genuine relationship and not 1 for PR status.

You need to confidently answer "what will your partner do if this application is refused?" as based on the number of attempts/denials they may feel that is why you are in the relationship.

The proper answer is probably 'he will come live with me in the Philippines' - prove that you intend to live together even if your application is refused

Yes the best answer is if its refused he will come and live with me please keep in mind it wouldnt matter if your spouse even encourage you to apply for the TRV twice you are the one that wants to come so they are going to look at it as you are looking to get into Canada by any means necessary again I just read what you wrote and come to that conclusion I may very well be wrong

yes he wanted me to be with him, when we applied for trv last yr he even wrote a letter to minister kenny on our deperation not to be apart, how about on question, whats your plan when you land in canada? actually were planning on getting married and have kids and me and him to work for our future, is answering like this makes things complicated for he is not divorced yet? Sad

no that wont be complicated as it shows that you do intend in being together for a long time but keep in mind the refusals and now you have an interview please try and be really prepared for the interview so you need to know your spouse, circumstances surrounding the marriage and separation, the kids the union produced do you have a relationship with them dont only focus on the TRV denials there is more to the interview than that

I would that the best possible answer if asked what you will do if denied is to tell them you will appeal.  If asked what you will do if the appeal is denied, say you will continue to live together and continue to build a case that your relationship is genuine.

how about your soft copy? you didnt save it to your computer?

Did you write your relationship history? you must have mentioned it somewhere while writing your story. how about asking your husband/partner?he must have remembered that magical day he laid his eyes on you. Wink

NO wasnt able to save it, its one of the most stupid thing ive done, cos were so in a hurry to complete the application cos hes leaving for canada and he will bring ti wth him, no problme on other dates i remember them except on the first contact and first meeting, i remeber our first meeting was sometime in feb 2009, thats for sure im unsure what date exactly, and on first contact im not sure but as far as i rmember its nov 2008 cos we first have communication through myspace.com, we talked about online games that time, so worried right now, i really love him , and being away since he left has been torture for me Cry

Hi Ms. Lagunabeachbabe.  I am new to this site and come across to this message of yours which I was thinking that I may have same problem in the long run.  I met my Canadian boyfriend when I previously worked in Canada for 2 years, he is divorced with 2 kids.  So when my contract is finished I returned here in the Phils. to file for my annulment, which was annulled May 2011.  I also have kids which my ex-husband took away from me, which basically made him to have full custody of the kids (he actually kidnapped my kids while I am in Canada) and up to now they're still hiding my kids away from me.  I am now planning to file for child custody battle which my lawyer told me will take years.  But since I am legally annulled here in the Philippines and my boyfriend is divorced in Canada, we have the legal rights to get marry here... though I know that I may not include my kids in our spousal application as my ex-husband will not cooperate for the kids welfare.   I was just advised to make a notarized letter indicating that I will not be able to sponsor my kids under family class.
