hemant,

i've gone throught the entire thread...

please understand that the job duties you have indicated are standard duties given under 0213. For cat 1, you should have 1 year continuous work done under 0213 category.

recently, kanwaranil1  @  trackitt.com got rejected because "according to them i m not performing substantial no. of duties". So, the duties you will claim under 0213 should be substantial in number in addition to having done them for 1 continuous year.

considering you work profile, i dn't think you fit in FSW-I and your chances of getting an approval are bleak.

But, the call is yours... Your money is fully refundable in case there is rejection under eligibility clause... and you'll never know unless you try...

Dear Friend,

Thank you for your comments.

The duties that i mentioned, i am performing them since April 2009 and will wait till next year month of may or may be i will wait for more 2 or 3 months; so that i have 1 continous Full Time Paid Work Experience and apply under FSW 1 for NOC 0213.

Please advice again...
