i have lived with my gf for more than 1 year in toronto and we have a baby together.
she is going to sponsoring me for immigration now but I have to go back to my home country for family emergency. however i have overstayed my visa and i am guessing it would be hard to apply for visitory again for me.

my choices are:

1.

apply the sponsorship now then go back to my country.  but not sure if i am allowed to do that.

I have also heard that one way is to apply in canada but have the application processed in my home country and i need to be in my home country for that.

2.

apply from my home country.

my question to you is which choice is doable and if there is anything special in my case that i should pay attention to..?

anyone ??

My advice to you is to call CIC and tell them your possition and they will give the right answer you can do many things but I think  is better you contact them and if you go fill all the forms with your gf before you go.

Good Luck!
