Please help me..... got a letter from CHC asking for written explanation

Hello,
We got a verification call 20 days back, she enquired about my duties, faculty names, manager details and office address etc....
she called to my office also but no one picked up the phone as that day was holiday due to some bandh.
i got a call from her second time within 2 min and she asked for my manager number as there is no one in the office, i hav given my manager mobile number.
She called to my manager but he did't gave any information to her and he said that he don't me and second thing is that my office has shifted to another floor in the same building so i told her my present address, i convyed her the same address but door no is changed but at that time i didn't informed her that my office address has changed to other floor because at that time it was not striked in my mind.

Yesterday i got a letter from chc  asking for written explanation of incorrect office address, why your manager didn't recognize you and also mentioned in the letter to prove my experience.
CHC want this explanation in 30 days other they will make the decision on my application.

Please suggest me how to prove my experience...

You need a letter from your manager or your HR on their letter head validating your experience

Also explain what was the address mismtch reason, it is not very clear from your post

And out of curiosity , why did your manager say that he dont know you & give details about your job duties while you served in the company ? I suppose they did provide a reference letter which you have submitted to CIC ? This seem a bit odd - Of course you can give reasons for the address mismatch/change , the reason why noone was answering the phone owing to a holiday/strike etc but I wonder how you would explain the initial bit ?

1. How did he give you his mobile phone number and later on he told the Visa Officer he didnt know you
2. Did the Visa officer call before or after your medicals?

3. How did he write and sign your experience letter, and gave you his bussiness card when filling the application with full documents?

And , fourth question:
