Do you live in london, if yes why not take it there in person like i did. If you prefer to post it, macdonald house is the right address!!

Hi Anwar,

Even I too got such a letter requesting for Meds/RPRF. Unfortunately there was no label enclosed with the letter. So I sent the RPRF in a cover and written the London address where we sent the full docs. I sent the RPRF on 05.09.10 and got confirmation through courier tracking that it is delivered. I sent a mail last week asking whether they received RPRF/Medicals and got reply stating "we confirm receipt of RPRF payment"...

Dear Anwar,

You need to send your RPRF or any relevant documents to this address i.e. High commission of Canada, Immigration and Medical Services Division,  Macdonald House, 38 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K4AA.
Please ensure you attach either original or photocopy of the letter you have received from the CHC,London. I have already sent my RPRF to the address which I have informed. In addition, I sent plenty of post to the above address in the past and all of the posts were received by the CHC, London as well as they have returned all of my documents after reviewing with recorded delivery.

Inshallah.
