Hi Guys,

I was on an open work permit and got a job of NOC Skilled B. Now my employer wants me to remain in Canada and work for them, me too..

They are willing to apply for my closed work permit and the AINP.

But I am not sure if my education would be recognized by AINP or CIC. The reason is that the college in UK Closed down and I'm not sure if it is recognized by CIC or AINP? But my employer is fine with it...

Please please advise if this would be an issue. I am a recuiter and have a degree in BBA.

Did you go to school in Canada for your BBA degree? how did you get your current work permit if not?

No, my degree was from Uk. And now, I am on my open work permit as my spouse is on a study work permit..
