PLEASE HELP!! Federal skilled worker to Quebec

I have applied for Immigration to Canada (Quebec ) as Federal skilled Worker through a specialized office in my area that i trusted due to words of mouth .

The office filled my application and i submitted it through the specific mail provided by the office, where it reached its final destination.

A part of the application is the :Application for Selection Certificate. I discovered that the office filled the old version ( version 2009-10) where there is an updated one (version 2011-03).

I am very upset for the probability of losing the chance to immigrate to Quebec after discovering this mistake, and I am in this letter asking for your reputable advice and if i can still fix the mistake.

WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
