PLEASE HELP family sponsor FORM IMM 5669

I am being sponsored by my wife and children to PR in Canada the form IMM5669 Background/Declaration does this have to be completed by myself the sponsor or everyone in my family (even though they are Canadians)
Please help

This form is part of permanent residence (not sponsorship) application, therefore only the person(s) who are applying for permanent residency have to complete it (in your case, it's you).

Thats great thanks so much for the info ,do you also know if when applying from the Uk the form IMM  5409         has to be signed by a notary  or a normal soliciter as we are in the Uk ?

 @ thisdj1.....yes IMM 5669 is to be filled by the principal applicant and spouse and any dependent children
over the age of 18...thanks
