Hi,

My three children (South African Citizens) live with their father a (South African) in Saskatchewan. We signed a contract for the children to live with him in Canada. He in in breach of the contract and refuses to bring them home (South Africa) for their visits. Their Canadian visas have expired, I am in direct contact with the Canadian High Commission in South Africa. They have been red flagged the children. I have been advised to institute the Hague to force him to bring them back. Does anyone have advice on how I can get into contact with Immigration Canada? They have been there for two years now. I cant afford a lawyer in Canada, so I need all the help I can get.

Please help anyone!!!

Contact the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) in the location closest to where they are living. You could try this number 306-780-7356 and explain that the children may have overstayed their visitor status in Canada.
