Dear Members


I have applied for PR under FSW1 before june 26th 2010 with 3 family members . I need to show POF $ 16967 while submitting the documents i was able to send POF for $ 16425 , shortfall of approximately $550 CAD.

Now I am very much worried by reading the post which shows mambers being rejected due to insufficent funds.

Now I have the required amount aboout $ 17200 . Please advise is there any possiblity to save rejection on insuffienct basis.

Hi

Its only a difference of $550 dont worry they will not reject your application because of this , if they have any concern they will ask you for a POF again at medicals time, make sure you have enough funds available now, no need to update anything just wait for their response.

But is there any negative thing if i send them new Balance certificate + Bank statement with required funds , becoz i am afriad of rejection.

No there wont be any negative impact , if you have the funds then send the updated ones now and if you send now maybe they wont request for a new one at the medical time.

What will the outcome if i submit new balance certificate + bank statements with required funds.

What should I write on letter to send updated POF to CHC

Can you give me some idea about this

desti is right... you should not wait & discuss more...My openion is just send updated POF along with original Bank Balance certificate, FD receipts(if any), ULIP, MF latest certificates... etc.... noptarize all copies & send it immediately as they will consider untill they make final decision on your case... Can you share yr time line?

Application filed : April 2010
Ist AOR :10  June 2010
Docs Send 10 Sept 2010
2nd AOR : Oct 2010
Noc Code : 0111

I think do not show any reason , just write kindly find my updated POF as on .......
Along with letter you can type the summary of fund invested ( statement showing total fund invested , amt in RS & Cad$ equivelant value..)
& if you wish you can make this certify by CA...

Hi Vicky1976,

We are on the same situation. Applied as FSW1 with 3 family members. I shouwed only POF intended for my self and end enclosed a notarized declaration that my dependents will not accompany me on my initial trip to Canada. And further stated that  they will only join me after i get myself settled in Canada.

To all the seniors here..Any advice also regarding my situation? I already received my 2nd AOR Last August 19, 2010 but no medical request until now.

Keep your fingers Xed & pray. Under today's conditions - it's very likely that your apps will be 'returned'. As someone advised u earlier here - send your current & correct POF immediately. Don't waste time - hopefully they haven't yet send u the letter.

send the updated Proof of funds Immediately,Every day you loose will prove disastrous for your application try to sent more than
the short amount to cover the exchange rate difference
