hello, i had send my file to nova scotia , and reached on 8th september, till date my draft is pending and not received any information from immigration office, i have called to immigration office so many times but no contact and call disconnets after 5-6 minutes, but can i do now ?

Just wait thats all you can do, there are many other applicants who sent applications before you and are still waiting for a response.

Below is the thread of applicants who applied under the new rule you can get more information from this thread. Maybe they are looking at your application but still they havent charge the fees if fees is charged then it means you are almost through from 1st stage and receive 1st AOR soon.
