hello all

I have applied as a bookeeper after 29.02.2008 as on 10.07.08  & my file started processing on 23.07.08  . My occupation is not on 38 occupation list but i have applied before the new occupation list came on 01.12.08 . Today i have checked my file number status it shows as under

We transferred your application to the sydney, Nova Scotia -C-50 office on March 04, 2009. the Sydney nova Scotia -C-50 office may contact you.

I just want to ask you all that what does it mean . Had they accept my case because my consulatant told me after seeing my application status that start your documentation & all your job certificates , ielts result etc. . He told me that your case has been accepted that if cic reject your case than they will not trfd my case to sydney nova scotia as they trfd it to nova scotia than it means that your case has been accepted .

Please help me to come to know that what does it means

Thanks all

the rule at the time of your application (i.e. between feb and nov 2008) is that hthey will go under the new rule (even though the new rule hadnt come out). Your application is transferred to NS to be evaluated for the ministerial list instructions. Doesn't your consultant know that? This doesn't mean that your application is rejected but it is not accepted yet either. Is your NOC under the 38 list?

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

Then it will most likely (unless they make a mistake on their side) be rejected. Sorry.
