In case of birth certificate officer mentioned my name as male (at that time) , as it is common practice in India and my parents didnt apply for changing in name , now what should i do ...should immigration officer consider that birth certificate or else i have to reissue birthcerti with my name that may require long process. i have my 10th grade certi which is legal proof for birth date in India ,,,,can i submit this or it may delay or reject application....please give u r opinion

secondly I want to know about experience point for canadian immigration , as such i have idea about general point system for example 21 points for 4 years experience.

i my case i have 2 years of industrial phrmacist experience and 2 years of teaching experience .

will they give me point for 2 years (for industrial pharmacist as this category is mentioned in NOC list) while teaching (college teacher ) is removed from NOC list.

Please let me know
and many thanks for your views in advance.

birth certificate is must, and there should be no dis-similarities between the name of birth certificate and SSC or HSC.

industrial pharmacist it is, as teaching is not in the list.

hope it helps.

As long as you have ONE full paid year in one of the NOC 29 (that has not reached cap) you are good to go.  If you have two years in that NOC and two years in any other NOC that is in skill level of 0, A or B then you can claim the full four years.  Hope this helps.

go ahead and send the Birth Certificate, explain it to CIO/VO that the culture played a role in keeping the part of your name in your Birth Cert which was later not included in your academic certs and other papers.

VO's are human, they understand things is explained with proper grounds.
can you get an attestation of your area councilor/hospital official that this is the guy who had a birth in their hospital in 19xx is the same guy who is applying now for CAN PR.  present as much as proofs that that tiny guy is the same guy now.
