Please tell me from following status

 :)We received your application for permanent residence on May 25, 2011.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 19, 2011.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 8, 2011.

my question is that which month i have to count like pre june or july or may end ,, i m confuse and also how long i have to wait medical request  from this status . i have NDvo

No one can predict when you will receive MR as some get it days after IP status others months. Just be patient or you could send NDVO a case specific enquiry. Good luck.
