I have joined this group very recently &  I am learning from all of your comments & thanks to all.

I got a job offer letter as "Waiter" in a hotel for 02 years & already applied for LMO.

1. Can you please help me to let me know that is it possible to get PR from this job !!
2. If yes, after how many days I can apply for PR.

Please help me to write comments of my above confusions.

There are ways to apply for Permanent Residency once your inside Canada.

Canadian Experience Class - In this class, you must be in occupations that meet the minimum requirements for workers with Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupation Classification and you must also have 24 months of work experience within the last 36 months.  You can find the requirements here:

As a "waiter" or Food and Beverage Server which is NOC 6453-C, you do not qualify for CEC. http://www.workingincanada.gc.ca/report-eng.do?lang=eng&noc=6453&action=search_occupation_confirm&keyword=waiter  You must be promoted first to a managerial position to acquire the Skill Type 0.

Dear Experts,

Thanks for your above comments & it's very much helpful for me.

Would you please tell me regarding below points ...
1. After enter Canada as food and beverage server is it possible to change the job?? If yes, what would be the procedure?? Note that I have an contracted with employer for 02 years and it extendable.
2. What would the best way to get the PR after enter to the Canada as above position holder. Please advise.
3. If I would like to study in Canada as part time , is it would be the problem??
