Hiiiiiiiiiiiii: Today, I check my case now.........It converted to " In process" ........But my address is hidden.....and the information inside is the same as RBVO......WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?  ??PLEASEEEEEEEEEE HELP...... remember that I am 4131 NOC..... |

Hi Louay
I hope that this E-CAS status change is not due to a technical glitch.
When E-CAS status is updated from RBVO to In Process, this usually indicates that your file has been reviewed by a visa officer who has decided that your application will be processed further. At this point, an officer has determined that you have the required minimum work experience in NOC 4131 and thus you meet the minimum requirement for processing.
Now, this officer may also have processed your application a little bit further and done things like assessing your file against the selection factors (points test), forwarding your file for background checking, actually conducting background checks and etc. But I can not be so sure as to exactly what (s)he has done as of now (except deciding that you meet the minimum requirements).

Hi, No need to worry, same thing happend with me, It could be technical glitch, but looking to your timeline you deserve to be Inprocess, Mine address is keep continue to be appearing and disappearing since Jan'26, 2011, since when my status change from RBVO to Inprocess with old information inside. I have send an email to CHC london for rectification but no reply from them as it is almost 30 days past. So just relaxed and no need to be panic as Ecas is never proven to be a reliable, what most u can do go for CAIPS to get real picture of your case. All the best! |

I have seen CHC London and Buffalo replies the best and modest way to applicants' queries.
sometimes I feel like they dont reply coz they need more $$$$ from CAIPS.

Hi all
Pl needed your input,mine NOC 3111,application sent to CIO on 26th May 2010.got first AOR Oct 2010,full documents sent to CHC London on Jan 02,2011. My ecase show RBVO but address apperaed then disappeared and now again disappeared although rest informations are same.
Is that of significance ? your inputs will be appreciated.
