Just wait. Nothing much can be done. You can send them a specific case inquiry.

Since you are in Pakistan, ensure they have your correct address in your file.

the name Pakistan is a label buddy. don't expect anything sooner. Racial profiling is going on. i haven't seen any pakistani getting visa in last 8-10 months. they are very biased towards pakistanis. these so called security checks will go on for ever. how the hell security checks take that long.

i think we should all report to Minister Kenny or some other step should be taken.............

You are right being a Pakistani isn't just worse than a nightmare come true. Really thanks for your feedback,

i have another question. I haven't showed yet my wife what would you suggest that will it be OK if i show her after i get medicals? Coz a friend of mine suggested that after medicals they wont take as much time as they have taken in my security checks,

looking forward to your precious feedback

Thanks in anticipation

from my experience buddy i think you should tell them about your marriage and include her in your application other wise it comes in misrepresentation that you didn't inform them of your circumstances fully

but this is my sole opinion. wait for others to comment

thx

You must tell them about your wife for sure! Whether she is immigrating with you or not.
And inform them about any changes of address.

Whoever suggested that you do not show your changed marital status as yet is wrong. You must add your wife to your application otherwise it will be considered misrepresentation.

My friend's eldest son from his previous marriage refused to undergo medical. No matter how much my friend begged him. Now he regrets it bitterly. Because he finally realized that Canada has more opportunities than Russia. However, now he should through a lengthy process of family member category.
So, dear saqib.javaid  don't listen to that friend of yours as he has no idea about immigration process.
