Hi all,
I sent my application in April 2006, for me and my wife,
As you know after September 2006 the new simplified apllication was introduced,,
I had a child in October 2006,
my question is " Should i notify them and send application fees for my new child, or should i wait until they contact me??"
Thanks a lot

I think they will contact you. Mostly they contact for information update when they start processing your application.
You should waite and watch.

Hi theone,
Since you applied before simplified application process that means you must have supplied with complete documentation earlier. If this is the case you have to update you family info now.

while applying for immigration you might have surely gone through the complete application and it is clearly mentioned that during the time of processing your applications if there is any change in your family situation like marriage, divorce, brith, death etc. you should immidiately inform the CIC about it. Failure to do so will result into refusal of your application at any time during the process.... So any change in your family situation should be intimated to cic without delay.

hi, im Feb 2006 applicant Damascus office. i am not sure but logically u can send them an email first and/or a post letter telling them about the new baby and if they need the updates or any document now they will request it, otherwise they will tell u that u can do this when they request all the updates when the case becomes activly processed. That is in my opinion and i hope this would help.
Regards
