Dear members

Kindly advise me on how to correct my mistake.

I have mailed my AINP forms to Alberta By Fex.They will reach Alberta on 03/30/2009.

Problem: I forgot to include the copy of "IMM 5406 Additional Family Information" form with the AINP form.I thought since I am single, i dont need additional family information. But I reaslied I am wrong.

Kindly advise the  best way to correct my mistake

Should I call the Alberta immigration toll free number and explain my situation.?
Should I fax the missing form and should I email them or should I mail them?

Kindly help me

Thanks

I called alberta Toll free number. The officer told me to fax the missed form to them and they will try to match and put it back into my file.

I am not sure if this would cause any delay in my processing.

I am planning to send this missed form by fax and also by email.
I will include all my persoanl information on a cover page. This will help them to locate my file..

Just fax or email them your forms and it will be fine. Something similar happened to my application and I emailed them the form and they replied saying that it would be added to my application file right the way.
