Hi All,
Can someone please enlighten in my case. I came to Canada on work permit in April 2009 and applied for PR in April 2010 in Federal worker category. But the whole process looks very slow now. Now I am ready to send complete application to Visa office Bufallo.

But within 4 months I will complete 2 years and can also apply in Experience Category, that is supposed to be faster. Probably if I take back my application now, I will get back the fees also.

What do advise in this case?

Continue with current application in Federal worker category or take back application and apply in Experience Category after 4-5 months?

Thanks a lot,
Madhav

1. The CEC is no faster than the FSW, currently.
2. If u have recd your AOR u might not be eligible for a refund.
3. U can move 2 apps concurrently. As one materializes - u could w/draw the other.
