I am Sponcering my wife and kid for almost 2 years they started process my application since oct 2007 last october 2008 they ask for a lot of papers passport document additional information the in January they ask me to redo the medical test for my wife and kid, 2 weeks later they ask me to re do the police good conduct document for my wife since then i am trying to get ansers about the application but no answer can any till me whats happining. are  they are going to refuse the application while there last request is redo the medical and police certificate because they are expired.


please anser oif any have the same problems am am relly worried

there are many immigration lawyers that charge a small fee for a counsiltation,it might be worth calling one as they will be able to give you accurate advise-good luck,hope everything works out
