Hi!

I send my application very recently to Alberta on US-H1 visa holders category, if i transfer my H1 to other company before i get Nomination number from Alberta, is it will be a problem?

As long as your new job is similar to your old one, with similar duties and responsibilities, you should not have a problem.

You need to notify AINP. Call the hot line number to find out. I think you need to send your new USCIS document.
