That's a good question

We all know the answers such as it depends on your situation or the VO etc

However in general they say 80% of the applications are done in 10 months. (Philippines)
I wonder what percent are done in 8 months, 6 months and so on

I wonder if maybe 50% are done in 6 months, which would mean a 1 in 2 chance of seeing eachother sooner.
hmmmm

It would make sence that married couples would be easier and faster to process than gf bf or common law, is this the case though?

This is a neat spreadsheet. It shows the times it takes to process 23/30/50/70/80 % of all cases for different offices, and you'll see that a lot of cases get processed faster than the time posted on the CiC website.

Thanks Isometry, that is a nice link that you provided no wonder my MP informed me my spouse application will take up to 43 months to be processed!

I honestly don't get the logic of this excell...

How can they have 20, 30, 50 and 80% of cases processed in X number of months, it doesn't add up

Does anyone know how they calculate it?

It's equal to or less than X months. So 20% is processed in X1 number of months OR LESS, and 30% is processed in X2 number of months OR LESS, therefore, it would include that previous 20%...does that make sense?

As well, as I understand it the 'interview required' list has nothing in correlation with the normal processing times.

So, if I am correct, you quick ones are extra lucky.
