Pleae help!!!! No information from CIO Application filed on 28/10/2010

Hello Everybody
We my wife and me submitted our application [she as the principle applicant] under category 1122. Our application reached CIO on 28th Oct. But our DD has not been encashed. We sent both the application [Principle and dependent in the same envelop]. We have not received our application back and there is no information from CIO. So I believe that we have not made it.

But I need to contact the CIO office urgently.
Could any one of you provide us the contact Phone and email for CIO tomake such a query? I have already got a phone no: 0016139444000 from the thread Re: Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

I aslo got a mail ID of Delhi delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca. should I write here too? Can anybody help by providing any email of CIO?
Could you give me the link of the official site from where you got this no then may be I can find a email Id too.

28th October was around the time that the 1122 NOC cap was filled.

In fact if you check here:

On the Returned Applications sheet you will see that three applications for NOC 1122 whose application was received on 28th October were all returned due to the NOC cap being filled.

Therefore regrettably my belief is that your application has been returned. But usually it takes 3 months at the most. If you have not yet received it you need to consider the possibility that it has been lost in transit.

But first off, get CIO to confirm that they have definitely rejected and returned your application. Although they don't keep specific full details of returned applications they do keep a list so should at least be able to confirm if your application is returned and confirm the date.

Your best plan of action now may be to gather things again and wait to apply on 1st July 2011, hoping that NOC 1122 is still on the list.
