With reference to the  newly introduced Federal Skilled Worker- Category 2 (foreign national who has been living legally in Canada for one year as a temporary foreign worker or an international student)?

Does anyone know anyone that has received  AOR from BUFFALO under this category since it was introduced in November 2008, I wll like to know the timeline in the AOR....is it really 6-12 months as promised?

Please, I need this information to take a vital decision.
