Planningfor PR in canada

 hi,
        I am planning to apply for PR for canada, I have 5 years of professional experience and ihave done my BE(EEE) and working as software engineer from past 5 years in paypal company in chennai. My wife has completed her MCA in 2011. we both are planning to apply for PR visa. I came to hear that IT filed in canada is very less, so please suggest do we need to do any thing else in which we feel better oppurtunites in canada to increases the chances to migrate over there?

If neither you nor your spouse have at least 1 years experience in the past 10 in an occupation in the list of "29"  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list  or an Approved Employment Opinion from a Canadian employer, then you Don't qualify for Federal Skilled Worker.

I am working in PayPal in india, i have got a call from consultant "OPULENTUS" and they said you can apply for Quebic.can u please tell me what is Quebic, i am planning for PR and i will try for jobs in canada from india itself, once got selected then i will plan to reassign my current job, can u please guide me how to proceed furthur and which areas we need to be in concentrate to survive in canada in IT.

I suggest you check ICCRC it doesn't appear that Opulentus is a registered consultant.
