Don't lie about the child just have her examined and declare her non accompanying

We know they dont enforce that whole "misrepresntation" (the citizenship minister confirms how hard this is to enforce with what 8 officers for the whole country) thing but not having someone examined then later wishing to sponsor is very hard there are tons of cases on canlii where dad's go overseas and they werent aware and when they later try they were still told no so dont take the chance

Just declare her and sponsor her later

I have a good idea, why not wait! Get to know her better and her child why is there a need to rush into getting married? She has a child and I'm not sure you understand how much a huge responsibility that will be. You will be in this childs life, helping support, and take care of them. Sure yer ready? Cuz by the look of it yer not! Noone who is ready and mature enough would recommend a mother lie about their child and sponsor them later on. I really think time with eachother is what you 2 need before you jump the gun!
Goodluck I wish you all the best!

hi !! u know i was thinking... my mind changes all the time... i was thinking okay to get married this oct....  and don't claim she has a  child...as her child is anyways taken care of her parents.and after she comes here then after some time.. as things get settled she can sponsor her kid  and just give some reason why she didn't claim it.. is it possible...
Whatever you do, don't do this. If she does not declare the child when she is sponsored, you and she will never be able to sponsor the child. A family member who is not declared on the application form ceases to be a family member in CIC's eyes. There are many cases like this on canlii (where you can read appeal cases), and they show that trying to sponsor an undeclared child takes a lot of time and money (years, and thousands of dollars) and almost never works.

Not almost never.  Since IRPA and IRPR, never.

al the best
Did I miss the fact that OP is Indian??

I completely agree whether the OP is an Indian PR here, or not, it is going way against the culture, for her to marry him too....
