planning to for a tourist visa again, what are my chances??

I am filipina, i applied tourist visa here in the philippines last year, but sad to say i got deny.. I am planning to apply again,, madeny kaya ako uli? I just bought second hand revo, that will be my additional asset, aside dun sa mga piniresent ko before, NOw, i have new business, but i am only a co-owner, may mga receipt ako pag nagbabayad ng tax para dito sa shop,,, will that be enough? please help me, kung dapat ko ituloy or not..
