Planning to Apply CSQ- Need Help

Hi Visa Experts,
  I am new to this forum and planning to apply for CSQ under quebec skilled worker category,But i was bit confused about the area of training and some news i heared about changes in rules of education section points allocation criteria last week.

Following is my Profile.........

Education Full Time:
  Matriculation - 10 Yrs
  Higher Secondary - 2 Yrs
  UG-Bachelor of Computer Application - 3 Yrs
 
  Total (15 Yrs Full Time)
 
Education in Distance Mode/Correspondence:
  PG -MBA (Software Enterprises Management) in Anna University Coimabatore - 2 Yrs
  Note: I have attended 16 hrs of classes per week through out the distance course completion.
 
  Total (2 Yrs Part Time)
 
Area Of Training:

 I can see BCA/Bsc Computer Science available in section-c of the area of training.
 
Working Experience:
  3 + Yrs Of Full time expereince as a Software Engineer in MNC Company,
  2 Yrs of part time experience during college days as a Software Programmer in a small IT company,
 
Age:
  24
 
Language:
 English: English is the medium of instruction form my schoolings /college studies and obviously in working Organization as well,
 French : I am 0 in french and plannning to join some basic french classes,

Follwoing are My Doubts:
1.My Online assessment shows + ve only, where as i heared a news that Quebec has changed 1 rule last week by this ,for 3 Yrs Bachelors degree in India i will get 4 points lesser after new rule came in.
 2.Please check my profile details and let me know whether i will get CSQ successfully or not.

3 years bachelor degree from India  will get you 6 pts . Could you share the source of info which says that it will be reduced to 2 pts ? I doubt this info is true

Thanks for your replies.......
Actually a Visa consulting agent told this to me,they did an evaluation in my profile and informed me that for my Bachelor degree i will receive,

10 Points for degree + 6 points for (Section C Area of training for BCA degree)  =  16 Points

Later they called me and told there is a change in rule so after change,points goes like this

Only 6 Points for degree + 6 points for  (Section C Area of training for BCA degree) = 12 Points

1.Please confirm which of the above evaluation point is correct 16 points or 12 points.
2. Also experts pls let know if i will receive any points for my 2 Yrs Distance Education MBA in Anna university or not?
