NOC# 3233
I have total 63 immigration points + 5  for adaptability.Total 68 (if my relative is accepted).  I have my aunt in Canada who is a Canadian citizen. I have submitted along with my application to prove the relationship the following documents:-
1. Copy of the PR card and passport of my aunt
2. Telephone bill of aunt in original
3. My mothers School certificate.

But they didn't accept that and they want the birth certificate of both of them. They gave me only 63 points for education, experience and 0 points for adaptability. What is my chance for getting visa if I resubmit the application with birth certificate of my aunt and mother.

Birth certificate for your mom and aunt is most important to prove relation between you and your aunt. As your moms and aunts birth certificates will have similar names for parents.

You can re-apply asap after getting everything in order. You NOC has reached only 16 counts.

When did u apply initially? After July 1, 2011?
