Plan to move to Canadian province of Saskatchewan .

According to government statistics, over 527,000 people were working in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan in the month of November in 2010. There was recorded number of job growth in the province for the tenth consecutive month of year-over-year.
This employment growth in province was a good news for the inhabitants. The provincial Advanced Education, Employment and Immigration Minister, Rob Norris acknowledged the job growth. However, in contradiction to this, a member of the Opposition NDP said even though the number of employment was growing, food bank usage still continued to go up in the said month.
According to the Minister, more than 6,000 full-time jobs were generated in the province of Saskatchewan, with significant rise in the number of female workers, as well as aboriginal people working. Over 15,000 jobs have been created by the private sector over the last year.
Trade, information technology, service and trucking and transportation are some of the areas that have seen the strongest employment growth. The secret behind the Saskatchewan blooming economy lies in the Saskatchewan Party government measure of paying down nearly 40 percent of the provincial debt and investing in infrastructure, such as the upcoming children's hospital and Academic Health Sciences Centre.

Saskatchewan also has Nomination program under which you can sponser lot of your family members after you have lived there for a year. I know few people from South east asia who moved to Regina for this reason.
