Try to search yourself too, while waiting for some one reply. What you want from a place, good job, standard but less expensive life, medical education facilities and maybe you own indian community where you feel more comfortable. This all you can search online, you can try to find by job websites about your profession opportunities in different areas of Canada, you also also check online how expensive is life in province wise in Canada and so on. P.S, you can make any place better for you, its all depend on you :)

Chartered Accountants are welcome every where but you will have to pass their exam first

If u move to the big cities, like Toronto, Calgary, Ottawa etc bcos there are more job opportunities. But u must need some quilifying exam to work here as accountant.
Anyhow Good luck.

I have chosen Vancover. British Columbia does not need indian ca's to pass any other qualifying exam if one wants to work as finance manager.
