We have just cleared customs and our shipment of personal belongings and old furniture from China would be soon arriving in my home in Vancouver.  Yeah, all items are duty free! Grin

There is no limit how much you can ship from your home country to Canada as long as you have prove that you've used and not something brand new.  You need to prepare B4 and goods of list yourself and declare them at landing or any date you intend to settle Canada after landing.  Make sure that CBSA had stamped the B4, otherwise you would have to go to the local office to get it stamp again before your shipment arrives.

First you need to find a shipping company - google.  After paying the shipping company, the company will pack your shipment into the container and then provide you the packing list, manifest and one more document (forgot the name!) for you to make appointment with CBSA (for clearance customs) when the goods have arrived in the Canadian seaport.  When the goods arrived at the seaport, you would be told to bring the stamped B4 and other documents again to meet CBSA for customs clearance.  If the CBSA is satisfied, the shipment would be duty free and your shipment will be arriving to your new home in Canada soon.  Good luck!

PS Be sure to read this post by qorax.  This post has helped me (and many others) a lot:

Hope this helps.

Im using P.N.Writer Corporation. Delivery time is roughly a month. Have contact details for them in Mumbai, else, you can just google them.

Cheers,
Rahul.
