Hmm. Hindi coconsider ng CIO yung call center nurse agent experience. Dapat pineperform mo all/majority of the duties na listed for NOC 3152 to be considered. Pero since may experience ka naman as staff nurse at private duty dati, yun ang iconsider nila for assessment. Almost 4 years (1 year lang naman needed to qualify) exp mo if you use yung experience as staff nurse and private duty. But you will need evidence na nagwork ka dun before (COE. Maganda provide ka ng supporting docs din). Ito some actual examples ng mga main duties na hinahanap ng CIO and Embassy for NOC 3152:

-Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions
-Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols.
- Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes,in patients' conditions
- Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment
- Assist in surgery and other medical procedures
- May develop and implement discharge planning process on admission of patients
- May supervise LPNs and other nursing staff

Some example titles:
- clinical nurse
- IC nurse
- private duty nurse
- registered psych nurse
- critical care nurse
- registered nurse
- occupational health nurse
- communityy health nurse

kaya po worried ako s pagassess ng agency ko s points ko.. kelangan ko po kasi ng 4 years para umabot s 67 n points. ang sabi ng agency ok n daw po un points k sa experience.. kasi counted daw un call center nurse agent. kung un staff and private nurse lng po kasi 3 years and 6 mos lng un.. ano po un website nun list ng noc description?

Kaya ako hinananapan ng GSIS is because during the time na umabot sa embassy ang file ko, hindi na ako employed sa hospital.

I highly doubt na counted ang call center nurse agent sa 3152. Maybe kung company nurse baka ma-count. Honestly, you should get a second opinion regarding your consultant's claim na counted yun. Kailangan kasi match yung duties dun sa NOC.

You mind to mention what tests were done during medical exam? and for the visual acuity?

1.   urinalysis (protein, glucose and blood by dipstick—if blood positive, then microscopic report required) for applicants five years and over;
2.   serological test for syphilis for applicants 15 years and over;
3.   HIV testing for applicants 15 years of age and over, as well as for those children who have received blood or blood products, have a known HIV-positive mother, or have an identified risk. An ELISA HIV screening test should be done for HIV 1 and HIV 2; and
4.   serum creatinine if the applicant has hypertension (resting blood pressure greater than 140/90 mm Hg), a history of treated hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune disorder, persistent proteinuria, or kidney disorder.

I noticed dun sa list of tests ng St Luke's meron additional tests other than the standard tests I posted above, such as for Hepa B Antigen (pag may tattoo ang cliente), Liver Function test (siguro pag may history of chronic hepatitis), I think meron din para sa blood sugar (for diabetic people), etc. Dagdag expense

A Snellen test will be used for Visual Acuity. The one where you cover one eye at a time and read letters of different font sizes from a chart.

Actually im working on my job description pa.. tignan p ng agent kung magmatch un duites ko.. mahirap n ksi bumalik don s dati k employer.. tagal k n ala don.. pati wala din masyado patients ngaun n nagpapaprivate nurse..sna ok para ala n problem.. thanks ha..

Local lang ang consultancy ko.CEO ang may hawak sa akin sa office nila.Nagwait pa nga ako sa result na sinabi na request para sa file number namin. ano po ba ang Email ng CIC? napapraning na yata ako kakaisip di na ako maka concentrate sa work ko. Under NOC 7265 ako welder and Related Machine Operator...siguro nga di pa nila na forward kaya hanggang ngayon wala pa din balita sa kanila.Wala kasi kahit anong receipt na binibigay sa akin.

Pede po ba mag request ang lawyer sa CIC ng expedite File Number release? may special treatment ba sa ganun?

Wag mag tiwala sa agency na maka 67 points ka....you must be certain na naka 4 yrs ka otherwise lots of things ma waste mo....time, effort, money, etc. Yung NOC mo indi nawawala yan bawat taon... kung e sugal mo yan you have to be prepared....laking abala yan sa iyo...remember CIC and VO ma higpit sa job description....marami na refuse dyan...check mo muna kung yung job description mo as a call center agent nurse match sa nilabas main duties ng CIC...consult mo muna sa mga senior natin on this forum. Sa mga nag-bayad ng Right of Permanent Residence Fee through drop box or courier (yung mga hindi nagbayad through an agency/representative), paano po makukuha ang resibo ng Canadian Embassy, Manila? Sisend ba nila through snail mail to the returning address?
