hi bago plng po ako s forum n to. noc 3152 ako. planning to re-apply this july. twice n kasi binalik docs ko due to cap reached. medyo worried lng ako regarding s sss/philhealth ko. nagwork ako as full time staff nurse from nov 2006 to may 2008 and part time private nurse from jan 2008 to nov 2010. during my private nurse duties ko po ala kmi sss/philhealth so wala ako maprepresent n contribution during this time (jan 2006-nov 2010). counted or icoconsider p rin po un as experience? though mayroon po ako employmeny contract and coe as proof. thanks

Tanong ko lang po. When ur received your MR, via email or snail po ba? and were you asked to submit passport size photos prior receiving MR or kasama na po dun sa 6 pieces na kasamang pinadala sa CIO?
For PCC, okay lang po ba unahin namin isubmit mga updated forms and docs na hinihingi then later na ang PCC?

hello.via snail mail po..required ang new set of passport size photos pag nasa DMP ka na..kelangan ng dmp yun.. for pcc, yes. nauna ang RPRF ko naipadala ng agent..sunod yun PCC kasi may kapangalan ako sa NBI.. |

Sana nga arrowsmom.. magdilang anghel ka sana. Nung january 30 narecive ng CEM documents namin from canada. We updated them first week of february regarding status namin ni hubby then after 2 days nagreply naman, asking for updated forms, PCC ko and 3 pieces passport-size na may nakatabing (for medical)if not submitted previously. |

hi jijitipie, how would you know po that you need to submit the pcc?? i have submitted my nbi kc kasama ng application, ok na ba yun? or dpat submit ng updated sa MR/RPRF stage? wala nman kasi ako na read sa letter na humihingi and CEM... super thanks po! shai |

Hi, Shai! I guess, case-to-case basis coz we sent our NBI together with out application and they didn't ask for PCC with our medical form. I guess, ganoon ka rin. |
