this news got me as a surprise. i didn't expected that it would be this soon!
i just received a letter from VO that I am already for Medical Exams.
i applied last july 4, 2011.

I read also in other thread that somebody from 3152 got his application returned due to cap reached.. i just don't have idea on what date did CIO receive his/her docs..  |

i also read that this morning, the applicant's docs were received on July 20. hence, CIO returned his docs due to 3152 cap was reached already.  I hope that wasn't the real cap reached date..  |
