i am worried kc humihingi nga sila ng employment history from sss.. meron ba ganun sa sss? isa sa mga inispecify ng visa officer yun under sss records q..

Hi freestyle you can check and print your SSS online try mo sa website nila.. baka don pwede mo na lang print yon contribution mo without yon sa makati med mo..

pero dapat alam yon SSS ID ng kahit alin company na naghulog sa SSS mo..

it is quite saddening that my application almost got rejected, I received a letter from CEM and the Visa Officer has considered my application under the inadmissible class.. 

a. The VO note that I declared working hours of 24-40 hrs per week at _____ Colleges however specific information regard ing my working hours has not been provided.

b. The Visa officer has concerns that I misrepresented (manipulated) my duties and experience in order to be found eligible under the MI3. In addition, the VO is not satisfied that I have at least 1 yr of continuous full time employment experience, or the equivalent in continuous part-time employment as a nurse. this leads the VO to conclude that I may come within inadmissible class of persons described in Immigration act. Before the VO make a decision on wether you are inadmissible, the officer is giving me opportunity to send additional docs to addressed their concerns. I am given 30 days to submit documentary evidence to support my declared work experience like:
 
1. SSS records : complete contribution in all employments, employment history, member static information.. My concern is my employment history, ndi q dineclare ung employment q sa makati med as probationary, ng AWOL kc aq after 3 mos q dun.. ndi aq mkakakuha ng contract at employment certi kaya di q na declare..

2. faculty loading sheets from ____ College, where i worked as CI from Aug 2006-Mar 2011..

3. Any other documents to support the number of hours worked per week at _____ colleges.

4. Any other docs to support your employment as a nurse..


i have given 30 days from the date of the letter, Dec 15 2011, i received it Dec 28.. Holiday pa nman ngayon, walang pasok, sarado ang school..   

sis anu ito??? nawala ba yung address mo sa ecas b4 ka makareceive nito? i also declared yung working hours ko sa COE ko kasi sbi nila ilagay raw....im so nervous....

I think pareho tayo ng timeline and noc. may ecas update ka na about sa med result received by VO? kelan naipasa ang med mo sa embassy? gusto ko din kasi sana na magka PPR na tayo early next year.

good to know na may kaparehas ako ng timeline, my NOC is 7242, just checked y ecas, wala pa update, naka "inprocess" pa din siya.. antagal..hehehe..
ipinasa yung med results ng dmp ko, nung dec 28 lang..tagal nga din yung dmp ko.. hayysss...

pwede ba clang kausapin na medyo bilisan nila ng konti kc sa saudi 4 days lang daw then sinend na nila sa CEM.. dun kc nagwowork ngaun ung common law ko...  tapos na sya sa ME nya kme nlng ng baby ko ang d pa tapos..hehehe thnx...

  Yup Dec 15 and date ng MR ko so it means since Dec 12 ang ecas status ko na "We started processing.." it just took them 3 days to decide to release my MR..mukhang pag naglabas na sila ng 2nd line sa e-cas tapos na ang background check at nakapagdecide na ang visa officer whether to give MR or not..I plan to have my medical on January 16..will get fit and healthy muna.. I hope yours will be received by 1st week of January.

I also got my 2nd line in my ecas last dec 24, "we started processing on dec 22"... sana makareceive na rin ako ng MR soon!!
Sana rin tama ang speculation mo na pag may 2nd line na sa ecas tapos na sa background check, hehe!

Wish all of us 2 have good news from Manila Visa Office ds coming 2012!!

Don't get disappointed! Im sure na kpag nabgay mo ang lahat ng necessary docs na hinihingi nila 100% sure approval na yan.
Mabait ang visa officer mo kc binigyan ka ng chance , unlike others na Decision Made agad.

Kaya mo yan, just keep on praying! God will make a way!

Thanks dentista04!! Lets hope nga..pero it doesn't mean MR agad like what happened to firestyle..pero mukhang end of background check ang second line...Happy New Year..

Addendum: Anyone who knows the e-mail add na pwedeng inquire ang status sa Manila V.O.?? Need ko maginquire regarding sa papers ng friend ko kasi..Na lost kasi ako sa ecas nya medyo magulo ang timeline..Thanks again!!

Don't get disappointed! Im sure na kpag nabgay mo ang lahat ng necessary docs na hinihingi nila 100% sure approval na yan.
Mabait ang visa officer mo kc binigyan ka ng chance , unlike others na Decision Made agad.

just pray sis...pnu pa yan ako na nanalo sa pinakapatagalan...im so nervous tlga...d parin nabalik yung adress ko sa ecas...bka ngsend rin cila ng letter tulad ng sau? full time CI kb?yun lng ba hiningi nila na employment cert? d b nilagay mo yung hours/week mo and anung problem dun???

uu full time CI aq.. nkalagay sa COE q ung working hrs q per week, kaso wala aq contract na naisend.. Affidavit of explanation ang pinasa q.. kaya cguro kinuquestion ang working hours..

isa pang hinala q sa background verification ngkaproblema, kc my tumawag daw sa HR at dean, ang HR ndi alam ang pinagsasabi kaya pinasa sa Dean namin.. Yung dean nman yung classroom teaching load q ata ang nahighlight nung ngtanong about sa work q.. ndi ata naexplain na ngduduty din aq ng 3 days at 3 days lecture aq..
