At least may onti reprieve ako naramdaman, some slight snail movement from CEM for MI3 applicants. More please.  baka by June ulit..kasi last month..april 17 din un pagbigay nila ppr..tapos humabol pa ng april 19 ata..so sana meron pang ppr issuance next week..pero if wala na..baka by June ulit..at sana magkaka batch na tayo sa ppr.. wheeew...after june, july 2012 na...waaahhh  |

Hi to all and congratulations to those with movement in their application papers.
Im desperately needs for advise especially those with same case as ours, or from seniors of this forum.
This is about the “misplaced/ missing medical result of my husband”. After 3 weeks, after we have complied to the email of our VO, given all the information they need about our DMP...still no development so far.
We are confused because we tried to contact our VO and they said that our authorized representative should be the one contacting them for follow-ups on our application. But our agent is asking us if we have followed up our case from our VO.
Who should be doing the follow-ups on our case?
Just in case we want to re-take the medical of my husband, where can we get another medical form? We have already asked a copy from our VO, stil no response. I don't know where's the problem now.....

Tama Sinabi ni jijitpie, every month Siguro ang sked nila ng pag bigay ng ppr sa mi3 is 3rd week and 4th... Ganyan nanyare last month so Baka ganun na trend nila.. Sana magka ppr na lahat...

hi guys, remember yong timeline ng friend ko who got DM on may 8? she got her letter from the embassy at refused rin on grounds na 1 year lang kinonsider sa work experience nya... the embassy phoned her hospital and the secretary made a mistake with the date hired, though they sent an affidavit from the secretary, seguro the visa officer stuck to the information that was given during the phone interview, hence, kinulang sila sa 67 points

Share ko lang. I had a similar incident like that of your friend's. One of the reasons I was summoned by CEM for an interview was because when they phoned my employer's (a national hospital) HR the secretary claimed that I have been working there almost a year earlier than what I had stated in my visa application form. Baligtad naman, mas maaga rather than kulang. Also another one was yung source ng POF ko. CEM should have sent your friend an interview request instead para nalinaw muna. Ang strict ata nung officer na natapat sa kanya. |

Kung may agency siya better yung agency na lang mag write kasi sila yung representative. Kung legit naman na pasado talaga sila sa points at may error ang secretary perhaps they should write an appeal letter. It would be unfair if the years of work exp. goes uncredited. |

Indeed, they shld make an appeal and ask a letter from the HR explaining that they had committed an honest mistake and also they have to include proofs that the PA has been working in that company as to the period declared.. Proofs like contract, sss records, pagibig records, ITR, payslips, etc... sayang din kc kung ndi sila mag aappeal as long as legit nman ipaglaban nila.. kung ndi legit i'd rather not appeal.. lol  |
