Yes, true that. Na-pako eh. Mga Sept '11 applicants ata ng New Delhi VO may visa na ngayon. Sila kasi sabay PPR at MR. Parang mas fast at efficient.
Ako sa ngayon I try not to think actively about it. I do things na pang divert ng attention para hindi ko siya maisip kasi nakaka-inip talaga. Hindi ko na din chinicheck yung e-mail ko as frequently as I used to noong March and April anticipating the PPR. Naka CC naman sa agent, cocontact naman yung agent pag andyan na PPR.
We almost have the same timeline, the only difference on our part is that, until now, the PA's medical still missing and CEM hasn't done anything so far...going 3 weeks na itong problem. Like you, don't wanna check my email that often...coz im having hard time sleeping lately....kaya pag morning nalang ako sleep then night, I do all my work so im tired when i go to bed....this waiting is harder than I thought.....  |

by the way, what does this mean? my friend had her ecas changed same time last night as mine pero ito ang nangyari sa timeline nya...any idea?

UP until yesterday their ecas read only lines 1 and 3 and then today we opened their ECAS after i found out i had another line in mine, and we were surprised to have line no. 2 inserted and another line No. 4 was added.
do you think the prognosis is bad?
I have exactly same lines .. I mean exactly But in my case, line no. 3 and 4 were there because i got NER in september and then it was turned to PER. and then another line " Medicals have been recieved " I would say nothing to worry |

@ jijitpie: How do you order CAIPS, how much & how long will it take to get it? Thanks  . here's the eadd : CAIPS FileCheck <help @ caips.ca>; look for Trish Bridson. It would cost you around 60$. around 3-4weeks for the file to arrive. |

you mean they sent you an NER by mistake? and then later overturned the decision to PER?
It was a real NER and then I requested reconsideration with some more additional documents validating my request and then It was changed to PER. |

Ministerial Instruction 1 (MI-1)
MI-1 applications are those filed at Centralized Intake Office from Feb 28, 2008 to June 25, 2010. Applicants under this batch are those with at least one year experience in of the 38 high demand occupations. For the last two weeks, we received several notices (Medical Instructions, Passport Requests and Visas) from the Visa Office for this batch. Medical Instructions were issued to cases filed on March 25, 2011 (documents submitted to Visa Office after CIO assessment).
Ministerial Instruction 2 (MI-2)
MI-2 applications are those filed at Centralized Intake Office from June 26, 2010 to June 30, 2011. Applicants under this batch are those with at least one year experience in any of the 29 in-demand occupations and were promised 6-12 months processing period. All MI-2 applications now have assessment result. The latest who received Medical Examination requests under this group are those filed to CIO dated June 17, 2011.-
Ministerial Instruction 3 (MI-3)
MI-3 applications are those filed at Centralized Intake Office from July 1, 2011 until the 10,000 cap was reached few days ago. CIO is no longer accepting new applications under Federal Skilled Workers program, except those with AEO or currently in Canada under a PhD program.
Read: MI-3 Is Now Closed | 10,000 Cap Has Been Reached
For this batch the latest assessment notice we have received so far are for those filed March 30, 2012. The latest application which received Medical Instruction was application filed December 15, 2011.-
