Dear All

Appreciate if someone could give us an advise.

We applied as a Common Law Partner last 2007 and we are able to attend an interview in Canadian Embassy in UAE in 2011. Up to date no reply from CIC. Last month our status online is decision made but as of today i cannot view our file number anymore. In your opinion do you think our  case is denied ?

We approach our consultant but he refuse to give  any feedback and he told us that we need pay some money so that he can check . I think he just want to cheat us. I understand also if our case is denied CIC should send us a letter the reason for denial thru our Consultant. but my Consultant refuse to give any information about the real status of our application.

Is it possible to withdraw our consultant on this final stage of our application ?

Is it possible to send a letter to our VO mentioning our problem with our Consultant ? do you think it is acceptable or we need to withdraw our consultant first before sending letter.

Thank you

We just want to know the current status of our application

hi erick,

yup you can withdraw your consultant at any stage of the processing just inform your VO thru e-mail regarding the situation and send your new contact number and email to yout VO thru e-mail,it will not affect your immigration process...dont get cheated by that consultant, tell them you will inform the embassy regarding their way of treating their clients, don't be afraid of them..because they might even loose their license because of what they are doing...so cheer up =) goodluck!!!

Hi guys im new in this forum, we received MR dated March 6, 2012 , and me and my wife were also required to submit FBI clearance because we stayed in the US for almost 6months.

I have sent already my DFA authenticated NBI fingerprint card last March 27,2012, and I would like to ask any members here who already got back their FBI clearance, how long was the processing time till you got your FBI clearance sent to you?

hi jeffloujed,

Nag apply kami FBI namin nung November 3, 2011, nakuha namin yung clearance first week ng January 2012.

kapag nagrequest ng additional docs (kasabay ng request for medical examination), saan isinusubmit to, sa Canadian Embassy sa Manila? Hindi naman sa Canada mismo di ba?

just making sure

"How to obtain a police certificate - Guam

Local Requests
Applicants should obtain a Court Record Clearance from the local police authority.

Non-Resident Requests
Applicants should apply in writing to:

Superior Court of Guam Records Division
120 O'Brien Drive
Hagatna 96 910
Guam"
